Terms of Use - Money Yatra

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website www.moneyyatra.co.in and the Money Yatra mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. Money Yatra Associates LLP reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. About Us

Money Yatra Associates LLP (LLPIN: AAQ-1076) is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor & SIF Distributor (ARN-167231). We are also an Authorised Person (AP) of JM Financial Services Ltd (SEBI Registration: INZ000195834) for stock broking services. We are NOT a SEBI-Registered Investment Adviser. All advisory provided is incidental to distribution services and is provided free of charge.

3. Nature of Services

The Platform provides information about mutual fund distribution services, SIF distribution services, and stock broking services (through our AP arrangement with JM Financial Services Ltd). We facilitate execution of mutual fund and SIF transactions through BSE Star MF on behalf of investors. We do not provide personalised investment advice, portfolio management services, or any services requiring SEBI Investment Adviser registration.

4. No Guaranteed Returns

Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Past performance is not indicative of future results. No guaranteed returns or capital protection is offered or implied. NAVs of mutual fund schemes may go up or down. SIF investments involve relatively higher risk including potential loss of capital, liquidity risk, and market volatility. The investor assumes full responsibility for investment decisions made.

5. Commission Disclosure

Money Yatra Associates LLP receives trail commission from Asset Management Companies for distribution of mutual fund and SIF products in Regular Plans, as permitted under SEBI and AMFI regulations. Such commissions are included in the Base Expense Ratio (BER) of the scheme and do NOT increase the cost to the investor. No commission or fee is charged directly to investors for mutual fund or SIF distribution. Detailed AMC-wise commission disclosure is available on our Commission Disclosure page.

6. User Obligations

Users must:

Provide accurate and complete personal, financial, and KYC information;
Not misuse the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose;
Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials;
Promptly notify us of any unauthorised access to their account;
Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations while using the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, and software, is the property of Money Yatra Associates LLP or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Platform without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Money Yatra Associates LLP makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, on products offered through the Platform. We accept no liability for any damages or losses, however caused, in connection with the use of, or reliance on, our services or related information. We are not responsible for:

Any investment losses arising from market fluctuations;
Delays or failures in transaction processing by AMCs, RTAs, or exchanges;
Loss of data due to technical failures beyond our control;
Third-party website content accessed through links on our Platform.

9. Third-Party Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites including AMC websites, SEBI, AMFI, KRA portals, and JM Financial Services Ltd. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external websites. Your access and use of third-party websites are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jhansi, Uttar Pradesh.
