Keep copies of all transaction documents and confirmations.

Report suspicious communications or unauthorised transactions immediately.

Use SEBI SCORES (scores.sebi.gov.in) if your complaint is not resolved at the distributor level.

Do NOT share OTP, password, or login credentials with anyone including your distributor.

Do NOT invest in schemes that do not match your risk profile without signing an Unsuitability Declaration.

Do NOT ignore unsuitability communications from your distributor.

Do NOT make investment decisions based on past returns alone — past performance is not indicative of future results.

Do NOT fall for schemes promising unrealistic returns. Report such schemes to SEBI immediately.

Provide transparent and complete information about all schemes and risks before investment.

Disclose all commissions received from AMCs and maintain documented disclosure process.
●
Conduct proper risk profiling and ensure suitability of all recommendations.
●
Process transactions promptly through authorised platforms (BSE Star MF).
●
Maintain confidentiality of your information per our Privacy Policy and DPDPA 2023.
●
Maintain a grievance redressal mechanism with prescribed timelines and escalation matrix.
●
Not make any misleading statements, guarantee returns, or use prohibited nomenclature.
